- Collin County Community College District (Collin) recently
announced the inaugural members of the prestigious President’s
Circle, which honors businesses and individuals who have generously
supported the college. This group was recognized at a celebration
dinner hosted by Larry Eagan, chair of the college’s Foundation, Sam
Roach, chair of the Collin board of trustees and Cary A. Israel,
college president.
“It was such a
pleasure to honor our long-term donors for their generous support,”
said Eagan. “We look forward to the circle expanding as donations to
the foundation continue to increase.”
President’s
Circle Members include: Richard and Jill Abernathy, Harry and Cindy
Bauge, Baylor Healthcare System Foundation, Norman Brinker and Cindy

“We applaud
these community leaders for their foresight and commitment," said
Sam Roach, chair of the Collin board of trustees. “Their generosity
means that we will continue to have a positive impact on the quality
of life in our community for years to come.”

help pay for college.”
The honorees
were the “cast of stars” at a command performance, held on stage at
the John Anthony Threatre. They enjoyed a formal dinner accompanied
by the college’s guitar musicians. Foundation Chair Larry Eagan
